Our software engineers worked closely with medical professionals
and built Inspection Ready to meet the requirements of its name.
We simply asked the question, "What would you need from a software
system to confidently welcome an unannounced inspection?" Inspection
Ready represents a two year iterative effort between our software
engineers and medical professionals.
We designed a product that tracks all of the requirements in a
checklist down to the level of detail that asks: who needs to do
what by when in order to meet every requirement. Next, we built
a system that allows an easy to use and flexible model to handle
generating and managing all of these requirements. The model is
based on departments, job titles, certifications and licensing, and
other basic descriptions that can be applied to a given employee.
The model allows you to create and coordinate dozens of requirements
for a new employee simply by assign a job title and department.
The software tracks all Inspection Checklists you choose to implement,
correlating individual compliance documents or procedures with the
people that perform the impacted tasks. If an employee fails to review
the appropriate document or perform the specified procedure, a failure
shows up on the dashboard within the hour. This warning information
can be viewed by department, job title, or checklist based on the security
configuration that fits your needs.
Inspection Ready is not like other software packages designed to support
laboratories. It is not a policy management tool, employee review, or a
training tool, even though it has features of these products. Inspection
Ready can integrate with some of these tools and supplies some training
and policy management features since these are tasks associated to being
Inspection Ready. But the main focus of the product is producing, managing,
and tracking the pool of requirements and tasks needed to be Inspection Ready.
