Our on-line training sessions allow you to train when it fits with your schedule.
During our Five Phase Quickstart program, our trainers prepare and input your data
as well as help you generate schedules to allow you to adjust the program so that
it is customized to your needs. Here is a brief overview of what our Five Phase
training includes:

- Phase One: Discovery
The trainer gathers schedule information and prepares it for import into the scheduling system.
- Phase Two: Data Import
The client will review their new licenses for accuracy. They will also receive basic training on generating schedules.
- Phase Three: Product Overview
The client will have a working knowledge of how to use the product. They will have a schedule that looks similar to their current schedule.
- Phase Four: Vacations and Employee Self-Serve
The client will learn how to handle vacations that are generated by employees also using the system. The client will now be able to completely use ScheduleRn within their company.
- Phase Five: Quickstart Completion
The goal of this phase is to help the client refine working schedules within the system and handle any additional questions.
